Timeframes
The project was commenced in January 2023, with an estimated completion time of 10 months. Our team, known for its efficiency and time management, successfully delivered the completed project by October 2023, despite the comprehensive scope of work.
Challenges
Like any ambitious project, there were several challenges to overcome. The primary obstacle was ensuring the new design didn't compromise the structural integrity of the existing building. Balancing the need for individual amenities in each flat with the available space was another hurdle. Dealing with noise control and privacy between the flats was a complex task that required innovative solutions.
Outcome
Despite these challenges, the project was a success. The completed work resulted in four modern, stylish flats, each boasting individual kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms. The design maintained the original charm of the building while introducing modern aesthetics and functionality.
